The Los Alamitos Chronic Condition Center prides itself on giving our patients the best care possible! The first step is to schedule a consultation, which will consist of a free 10 minute phone consultation with Dr. Kedwards. At this time, you will have the opportunity to discuss your condition and ask questions about the care offered at our clinic.

 

Following this call, you will be scheduled for a 2 visit consultation / exam, which will consist of:

 

1)  Dr. Kedwards will perform a comprehensive musculoskeletal, metabolic, and neurological exam along with review of your history as well as any blood tests or special studies that may be pertinent to your case 

 

2) A second visit will be scheduled to go over the findings from the exam and give you recommendations for care based on your individual heath findings.

 

   The cost for these visits is normally $300, but our special price for scheduling from this site is only $75 (a $225 savings!)
